“Fantastic place to get your car serviced! I have a VW Jetta TDI. The TDI part means it's a turbo diesel motor. I don't know much about diesel motors and was not comfortable changing the oil on it. The first several places I called for a quote where going to charge me over $100 just to change my oil! I decided to go with J&R Automotive because the only charged me $85 for an oil change and it was within walking distance from my house.”

“Ramiro C & staff did excellent on an inside tire patch that Tires Plus in Oshkosh didn’t install well (was still leaking, little adhesive used on 2 visits to Tires Plus). Tire is not leaking any longer after 3 days of use. Pomp’s also had replacement tire on hand in case it couldn’t have been repaired. Great job Pimps!”

“All I can say is WOW. I went in around 5pm tonight with a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable, but in all honesty, I was a bit overdue for new tires. With 2 hours until close, I wasn’t expecting much and was slightly nervous on if I’d even be able to get home to Appleton. In comes Anthony. Not only was he so incredibly nice and friendly, but he said he would ensure I got 4 new tires tonight if that’s what I wanted to do. I was shocked! Sure enough, Anthony called me at 6:30 to come get my car. I feel really lucky that I just so happened to be in Oshkosh when I got the nail in my tire because Anthony and the service he provided were absolutely fantastic. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend this store and especially Anthony!!!”

“Who doesn't love Fleet Farm?? Had to get 2 tires replaced over the weekend the Fox Valley/Winnebago Co. area had that big snowstorm. I got my tires & car back before noon Saturday the next day, & got great service from the staff there. I had to go Back bc my tire warning light stuck on, they took care of it though. & You can get footwarmers at Fleet Farm, those are a life saver!!”
