“I've been banking here for a few years now. Granted, my needs are quite simple. We have a car loan, checking and savings accounts. I'm about to open a personal line of credit as well. My only gripe is that their ATM is only during business hours and doesn't accept deposits. Thankfully, they're on a network and you can use the Verve ATMs. I love going to the drive thru to do business, but have also used the lobby. No issues at all.”

“I stopped into Capital on 10/18 to apply for a loan.Cherie helped me get a loan I needed and was amazing! she had told me she recently took the loan officer class just three weeks prior to me being there. With that being said, it has its ups and downs throughout the application and submitting process. All though this process took longer than usual, and behind how stressful it was for the both of us, she was VERY reassuring that everything was going to be okay. I arrived to capital around 2:30pm and left around 5pm when they close. At the end of the day, we may have been stressed and tired that it took so long to get the application and approval, but we also had successfully got me my loan. Any other person would say this was a terrible experience but I think it was wonderful and would do it again.”
“I've been with Health Care Credit Union for about 5 years now. I've first learned about them through my ex wife when she was employed with Mercy Medical Center. I've felt very "at home" here since they know me and call me by name and greet me with a smile and also take care of my banking needs, always in a professional manner. I've never really had any issues with anyone and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. The only thing I would change is having a few hours on the weekend. They are currently closed on weekends. I Other than that, I'm pleased to call this Credit Union my home. I've been to several Banks / Credit Unions and this is by far the best, friendliest service around.”

Ben, the branch manager saw me right away. He helped me find the creditor contact number and address, checked my credit score and gave me solid advice on how to go about working things out to possibly settle what is owed. Then got me approved for a secured credit card through Community First and advice to begin improving my credit score within the next year. Very helpful and understanding. Left there very happy for his help and advice. Now hopeful for my financial future. Been with Community First for a long time after leaving US Bank. Very appreciative for his help.
