“Bank opened right on time and all the tellers were extremely helpful as well as in good sprits everyone was smiling and polite, atm at this location is a weird setup hard to access from your car due to pavement being sloped but otherwise outstanding customer service.”

In the middle of my financial crisis with another bank they truly helped me out it wasnt even 24 hours later and I had my account set up and a debit card that worked and all of my bank stuff switched over. “In-person experiences at this bank across Wisconsin are consistently positive—staff and management are professional and make you feel heard. But fraud and chargebacks are a disaster. Even with police reports, time-stamped texts, witnesses, and clear evidence, my claims were denied twice, and the bank sided with offenders who submitted forged signatures, fake contracts, and fabricated records. ATM disputes default to: “You entered your PIN; therefore it was you,” with no investigation. I lost over a third of a paycheck on a $150 issue. Keep this bank for basic checking only. For any financial institution: Read contracts, know your rights, and note: if fraud procedures don’t improve, customers will continue to face losses, which could lead to larger-scale legal action in the future.”
“On 12/28/2024 I had to go to the US bank branch office and get a new check card because mine was shut down due to fraud. I am glad I went when I did because I met the most kind and helpful person in almost a year. Thank you so very much Greg J. Larson. U are awesome ?”
