The only reason the pharmacist didn't ask me to schedule a vaccine is because I am totally vaxed (from CVS). They are efficient, and can answer most of the questions, and refer me back to my MD for those they cannot answer.

The in-person experience is usually fine, though quite impersonal, especially compared to the local pharmacy I previously went to before changing insurances. However, the phone tree is incredibly frustrating, with essentially no option for a customer at home to ask a brief question of a pharmacist.
