“I was having a hard time with a corporate chain pharmacy and I called Murdock Hometown pharmacy and explained my situation. The woman who answered was so kind and said she would take care of my whole issue for me and call my doctor's office and everything. I was so relieved to be shown such kindness and extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“I can give really negative reviews when things just don't match up to my expectations but on this one I have to say that Aurora Pharmacy exceded my expectations, I normally do not use the but they were the only ones that had my medication in stock, the phone staff answered right away, were very helpful and pleasant to talk to, I had my script sent over to them in the morning and expected it would take forever to get done, but it was filled right away and ready for pick up, they had more than one person checking out prescriptions and had no problems with check out, waiting in an endless line and they were fast, friendly and efficient, I was very pleased with the great service I got, it made my day.”

“Walgreens....what can you say?I was picking up a prescription and the store on 9th Street serves so many in Oshkosh because of their 24 hour availability.Kudos to the crew in the pharmacy as it cannot be an easy job. They are always respectful and willing to help. They know their job and when things are going smoothly they are very fast.Noone wants to wait 25 minutes to grab their medicine but with a large portion of Oshkoshians choosing 9th Street Walgreens as their pharmacy that is just a part of the process.When I have to go to Walgreens I try to stick to the drive through because I know if I go inside I'll buy something more ?. It's artfully displayed so I find exactly what I don't need but absolutely have to have. Marketing execs at Walgreens win every time I walk inside ?♀️?♀️?.”

“Always very fast to fill prescriptions and every one of the staff is pleasant and helpful. Anytime an insurance or refill question comes up they are great at explaining the issue and problem-solving through it. In the plethora of customer service issues that exist through the world, it's a relief to know that's never an issue here, especially since it directly impacts healthcare.
