“I have been a Batteries Plus customer for many years while living in FL. I bought all of my motorcycle batteries there. This location is Oshkosh is by far the best one yet! The manager, I do not recall her name, was phenomenal! Knowledgable and very helpful. I came in with a bad key/fob for my Honda Pilot. I had already replaced the battery and that did not solve the issue, so I figured buying a replacement was in order. The manager cut me a new key only to find out that all my original needed was to be reprogrammed. She did not charge me anything even after having cut the new key. I am very grateful to her! She gave me a great Christmas gift; money I can use for something else. Thank you!!!”
