“I didn't know you could have a particularly good experience at a gas station, but I have stopped here a couple times while working EAA. I don't know if he owns it, but the gentleman working the register has been there every time I have stopped and he is so sweet and friendly. It's in a great spot off the highway. Highly recommend.”
“I teach supply chain management (SCM) courses, and quality management is one of the most important topics in SCM. The Pioneer Marina exhibits all of the qualities of a top service provider. We have been fortunate to have a slip and outdoor storage at the Pioneer Marina for the past three years. On a scale of 1-10, I give this marina a 10 for quality. This excellent quality starts with the manager, Sean. Sean has been a great source of information on all boating-related issues. He has been extremely patient, encouraging, and friendly—these are critical skills when dealing with new boaters. Also, Sean has done a superb job of hiring his staff. I have often interacted with Preston, Garrett, Bill, Gino, Craig, Addison, Ella, & Smith. They all embody the same friendliness and customer skills that Sean exhibits daily. The conditions of the facility (docks, changing rooms, Tiki bar, etc.) are excellent. The value that we receive for our money is very high. This business is one of the best-managed places where we have spent money since moving here in 2001. Sean and staff, you are superstars! Also, thanks go out to Art and the other owners--you have done a superb job of making this a top-notch marina.

“I absolutely love this gas station I love that they still do the old school have someone pump your gas it's very useful in the winter LOL I appreciate the guys that come out and do it I always tip them well because they're doing a job that I don't want to do! I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here everybody has always been so kind and friendly and polite they make good small talk, everyone is just so nice.
I have even gone in the gas station a couple times over the years and have been pleasantly surprised with how presentable and kind the staff is in there you don't see that at many gas stations maybe QuikTrip but I would give this gas station a 10 out of 10 for sure I love it!! Keep doing what you're doing thanks for being so amazing!¡!”

“Good price on gas. The lady in front of me was paying for her gas with loose change and her daughter wanted some candy. She told her daughter no to the candy (assuming money was tight and couldn't swing it) the owner gave the child the candy at no charge. We need more kindness like that in the world today.”

“Out of the seven Kwik Trips in Oshkosh this one is by far is my favorites.For one thing it doesn't have multiple doors you have to go through just to get in.Also there's smaller shelves with less stuff there so you won't get distracted trying to choose what to buy.In addition as I point out in most of my reviews the layout of the place is far more efficient, with the hot and ready food stand placed further away from the doors and the discounted stuff up closer to the register. Nice touch by the way.The bathrooms aren't hidden in a corner, they're in plain sight so you don't get lost.Also, since this location is further out on the west side I know of some things that won't run out right away.Sure parking is a bit of a mess but sometimes it's worth it.”
