Menards is a store with a great selection of building materials, plumbing, electrical, house products, clothing, groceries, outdoor products, and lawn and garden items, offering one-stop shopping. The store is always clean, and staff are often very friendly and helpful, sometimes providing outstanding service by helping customers find what they need. Many find great things and prices, loving the store overall. However, some items are seen as stupidly expensive. The quality of care is great, but service can be inconsistent, with some departments, like paint, frequently having long waits that may not be worth a customer's time.
We love Menards. But this post solely goes out to Jess at customer service. 10/10 knows what’s going on and how to help. Multiple trips she’s been patient and helped us, as well as other staff members. Always great attitude. Deserves a large raise.

I don't have to bring much back or deal with warranties too often but I appreciate how easy it is to get it taken care of. The car battery prices are fantastic and the warranty exchange was painless.
