“I purchased a large Kobalt tool chest in white for my kitchen. Ricardo and Jennifer loaded this tool chest into my little Buick hatchback with only inches to spare. They did a great job. I found the drawer inserts at Target.”
“September 20th we swung into the restore to see what we could find as we our way home, didn’t purchase anything but would return for the hunt of treasures 👍”
“We love Menards. But this post solely goes out to Jess at customer service. 10/10 knows what’s going on and how to help.
Multiple trips she’s been patient and helped us, as well as other staff members. Always great attitude. Deserves a large raise.”

“I operate a lawncare and landscape business. I’ve been looking for a bigger trailer so I can haul two Scag mowers. Prices in my area are marked up. I came across a really nice 18’ online and immediately messaged about it. Today I drove up to purchase it. I was greeted by two of the nicest clerks I’ve interacted with in years. Randi and Betty were very helpful. They worked together to make the whole process memorable and professional. I highly recommend visiting their location. Good humor and down to earth good ol customer service. Thanks girls! I appreciate the positive experience, and all the goofy statues and what not on my drive in. Have a great summer season!”
