“I just wanted to give a big thank you To Dean and Lauri for going above and beyond to help me get my package while I was on vacation I got a final notice and they were talking about sending it back while i was on vacation. Laurie helped locate the package originally and had to do to a bunch of digging to find it and called back in a timely manner with an update that she found it. Then I called Dean on a Sunday and he gave me a good number to call to let the main post office know that I still wanted my package and he sent an email as well but then the very next morning he went to the main post office, found my package and put a note on it for me! How great is that! I was so relieved to hear this. Then you so much for everything you did for me! Very much appreciated! Made my whole day!???”
