“I had taken my car in for an oil change and replacement of headlight. They did a complete check on my car and told me things I needed to consider replacing on the car due to the mileage, no other repair place had ever told me this before.”
“I mostly worked with Mike. Mike went above and beyond with communication, honesty, and flexibility. Took my car over there and unfortunately the car ended up having to be junked, but I am more than thankful I took it to this shop and had the chance to work with Mike on trying to get the car up and running again. Mike made sure to keep me informed with what was going on, and also was willing to work with me on making sure we did our best to get the car working again. So so grateful to Mike and everybody at the shop for doing what they could and letting me know when there was nothing more to be done! Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop!”

“Irving was the best, very helpful and made the entire experience so easy from beginning to end. We even received a video from the technician explaining what was wrong with our car which was so nice!!”

“This is the best used chevrolet dealership I have ever done business with. Keith is a great salesman who gets you the info you need and isn't pushy to make a sale. We bought a used suburban and did all the paperwork over the phone. Had some issues with the listing vs, actually vehicle. Informed Keith and Bergstrom owned the fault and made up the value difference in cash. The most reasonable salesman I have ever dealt with. Thank you.”

“Used treads takes care of their customers. When I had a slow bead leak I was told that I was going to need new tires soon so he didn't charge me for the repair and said remember us when you're ready for new tires. Have bought a couple new sets of tires and had several repairs done since then. Recently one of the young men working on my tire repair messed up but the manager made things right.”

“I decided to try AutoSelect service on our Chevy Captiva. I was surprised and very happy with the service and support I received. Anthony was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on each issue being addressed. Work was performed as expected and no surprise costs. Anthony showed us videos and worn out parts. Very happy with the team and service provided!
Very clean shop and customer waiting area. Unusual for a small shop.
Keep up the good work!”
