Very very friendly, absolutely had a blast waiting for my phone to transfer so everyone was talking about video games, phones, and it was a great experience

The employees here are professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They are honest, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with them.
The overarching company that is Verizon is horrendous, with the micro transactions, delayed fees, and penalties for paying your devices off early.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a real verizon store! I stopped in to upgrade to the new S25. I was told it would be in today (the release date). When I showed up to the store I was told it was put in as a ship to store order and not a pickup order. This is not what I was requested or told. I went to the actual verizon store and they told me they couldn't help me cause this place is it's own entity. Now I have to wait close to a week to get my phone. Drive the 5 mins and go to the real store not this poor imitation.

The regional manager until March 2024 (Jonathan) committed fraud on my account and many others and this store did nothing about it except cover it up. The Oshkosh Police Dept is investigating them.

This is a very busy store. It was staffed by one customer service representative during my visit. Ryan is very competent and was able to juggle 4 customers while I believe making them all feel important. He greeted each one and asked what he could do to help all the while continuing to handling my problem. Heis customer service skills are excellent and I believe his knowledge is as well.
This store should never be staffed with only one employee. I think it is very unfair to your customers, but even more unfair to your staff.

Wow! I felt like I was back in the day of exceptional customer service! Had an desperate situation with my simm card erroring, walked in, told Anthony my problem, he educated me on updates and promos available to me, and then he transferred my phone and got me out the door! Thanks Anthony!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only was I charged for services that were never rendered but I was also overcharged on the next bill that followed because they were too incompetent to enter the correct info in the system. Needless to say, save yourself the frustration and choose another location or order online…
