If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only was I charged for services that were never rendered but I was also overcharged on the next bill that followed because they were too incompetent to enter the correct info in the system. Needless to say, save yourself the frustration and choose another location or order online…

Garrett was the consumate professional. Westowne location Oshkosh. Went in with a broken phone and had the new one all set up in less than an hour. Excellent service with a smile.

We had a great experience at this location. After dealing with Boost and the issues its been having lately, Garrett, made the transition easy, even though, we had to come back a few times, he continued to be kind and help us. I will definitely recommend this locations Verizon.

I purchased a phone in Dec. 28, and returned it back to the store where I originally purchased it in Jan 03 due to customer dissatisfaction. Until now no one knows how to resolve this matter. Verizon is very dysfunctional and their communication with store is horrible. This store never pick up their phone calls when being contacted by the agent or customers. My Version account is being charged for approximately $1,600 for a phone that has been returned back to the store where I originally purchased it. And I have spoken for over 22 different agents, and spent hours with them and none is able to resolve this problem. I have also asked for a supervisor or manager and no one is available. I am not sure if Verizon has any supervisors or managers, I will never visit that store or utilize any Version services again. This is very disappointing.

They never answer the phone so you only get re routed to the call center, of which noone speaks any English. SIX times I called the store from 10am to 3pm. Almost once every hour and noone can be bothered to answer the phone. Every store i have ever worked at said to answer the phones because those are the potential customers. The ones in the store are already there and they aren't likely to leave because you take a quick phone call. But if I call and noone answers I'm to assume noone is there and I will go to another store for my needs. Like t mobile or boost. Even Walmart has phones and plans to choose from. ANSWER. YOUR. PHONES. Or you'll lose customers like you lost my business now. ?
