As a woman I've been to plenty of shops that talk down to me and try to take advantage of me because they feel that they can get away with it. I have never once felt that way here. I had taken my car into to get checked recently because I thought I had heard something and wanted to be safe. I dropped it off right away in the morning and was surprised when they called me about an hour or two later letting me know they had more than one person look at it and they couldn't find anything and explained reasons why that sound could have been happening. Like I said, they're honest. The prices are very fair too. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere that does a through job and make sure things are done right without trying to swindle you.”
“Traveling back from Madison and my tire pressure alert came on. I was losing air pressure in back tire and was thankful to find Mills automotive. They were so kind and helpful. Tire couldn’t be patched as a large chunk of metal cut a big slit in the tire. Knowing nothing about cars, the mechanic informs me that I should have a “ key”/ tool to remove the lugnuts as they were locked. I had no knowledge of where this would be. Again the lady helping me searched as I called my Ford Dealer and she eventually found what we needed. The mechanic quickly put on my little spare tire and had me back on my way. I was very grateful for their kindness and immediate help. Highly recommend!”

“My family has taken vehicles to Keith at K & D throughout the past several years and he has always been fair and upfront with repairs needed and estimates. My last vehicle was old as dirt and I was rallying for a bit on how much to sink into it versus buying a newer vehicle. Keith always worked with me regarding what needed immediate fixing and what could wait until the next round (since there always was one relatively shortly forthcoming due to the age of the vehicle). Today, Keith went WAY above and beyond during a cold weather emergency I had that was right near their mechanic shop. As busy as they were, Keith basically dropped everything he was doing and did everything he could to assist. He, then, accepted no offer of payment in return and simply offered kind assistance which can be hard to find these days. Very thankful for a boost of faith that there are really good people in this current age.”
