I can't say enough good things about this location. Me and my forever person went here to transfer his service to AT&T. Wyatt helped us. He was AMAZING! Patient, informative and he genuinely appeared to love his job. Wyatt was super personable and didn't make us old heads feel old when helping us navigate our new phones. Wyatt was super knowledgeable and I can honestly say this was THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've EVER had at a cellular phone store. I passed at least two locations to get to this one (We live in the Sherman and Cooper Park, Milwaukee Neighborhoods respectively), and as long as people like Wyatt is employed there, I will do it again and again.

I came in with my iPhone 13 Pro Max with a flickering screen, alarms going off ( very annoying). I just wanted to erase it so I could turn it I for the credit…I’ve been struggling with this for weeks, I already spent an afternoon at the Apple Store.
Hailey got it set up to erase/ factory settings in just minutes, I would strongly recommend her for any future purchases or anything else for that matter.

I had the pleasure of going to the store 3 days in a row. Colin was a joy each day and helped navigate 4 phone upgrades. He was personable and patient. I went from potentially switching cell phone carriers to upgrading phones and staying with AT&T.

Literally don't go here... I've gone over and over again and each time they put something wrong/incomplete on my account. This includes their managers. Your better off going to a corporate store where they don't take short cuts that are gonna bite you in the back later!

Serenity and Rosa were amazing- helped with an installment issue that got really messed up from purchasing new phones at Costco. After calling 800 numbers for 2 days and being on hold for 3 hours total, we went to this AT&T store in Pewaukee. These two representatives even helped with some other issues and questions I had about my phone. They also did my trade in right there so I didn’t have to hassle with this anymore. I will definitely return here for any issues they got things done in under 15 minutes!!!!

My grandfather had a wonderful experience with serenity today ,she helped him set up a new iPad that he had purchased. She was very patient with his limited knowledge 10/10 would recommend her .
