Very disappointed with their customer service. We were the only customers and 3 employees would not help us. We needed to call the AT&T customer service line for help. Edgar from the help desk was awesome and solved our problem.

Some young girl who said she was new did not know ANYTHING OR HOW TO WORK THERE. Was very rude! Needs to get taught customer service and people skills or find a job she can do! She let a lot of people walk in and out and didn’t talk to them and was rude when someone called. Terrible for people who waste so much money with this company!This was 2/9/24 around 3pm so you know who worked.

This is the second time I dealt with Rebecca and just want to say that she is an asset to AT&T. She’s very knowledgeable very customer care orientated. She does care about her customers. Thank you.

Roman has turned this store around in the right direction! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They actually listen to what you have to say rather than just trying to meet sales expectations

I worked with Rebecca here. She went above and beyond. I needed a screen protector and she knew which one would be best right away. Since I had bought one here in the past, even though she couldn't find the receipt of that on my account, she gave the new one for 1/3 of the price. She also put it on perfectly and quickly and was so friendly and personable. Rebecca is a model of how customer service should be. I have consistently had great experiences specifically at this store. I always come to this store for my electronic needs even if it is out of the way, and I refer everybody else here as well!

ZERO stars if I could have and negative stars if it had been possible! This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! I went to this store with an elderly woman and all we wanted to do was have someone show us a few things on her Apple Phone -I have never had this type of phone. There was only ONE person at the store to help us and apparently she was training someone new. Rather than get up from her chair to greet us or even say, I will be right with you.. she hardly even spoke to us. When I asked my elderly friend if anyone had spoken to her or asked if they could help, answer was no, they hadn't, the associate says "I am training and with a customer" to which I replied "okay" and then got yelled at for what I meant by saying okay. So we sat to wait, and when she comes over, she quite literally says "what do you want"....not how can I help you, sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience, etc.....then when I start to tell her what we needed, she acts indifferent and like we were bothering her (by the way, apparently she is the new store manager- ugh). When I tell her, you seem to have a problem with us and we just need help, she says she is not going to help us, she is done, and then threatens to call the police if "YOU don't leave the store"...so I left, thinking she would then just help my friend....nope...does not and will not, then threatens to call the police on my husband and friend if they don't leave. So, we left and went to another AT&T store 12 miles away - nothing when you are used to driving and had a wonderful experience where not only did they upgrade my friend to a new phone, they added internet and TV for her since she didn't have anything in her new place. So it worked out for my friend who wanted to stay with AT&T but if I had been the customer, I would have left AT&T for another company...even if I had a contract - I would have paid the fee and said "NOPE", I am thankful for for the other store - they were awesome and that experience left us feeling much better!

Just worked with James to get an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it was the easiest and quickest phone upgrade I've ever experienced. Excellent customer service!

Rebecca and the gentleman (did not catch his name) working with her on 11/10 and 11/11 at the Pewaukee, WI location, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed working with them and felt they went above and beyond to help solve our issues. We greatly appreciated their time and efforts! They should be commended for being excellent employees! It is truly hard to find good customer service these days and they made our experience easy!

Worthless employees. Was directed by ATT customer service to go into the store for help with setting up 4 new phones. They told me to send them back and order the phones through them.Better yet, I'll just send them back and stay with tmobile.

One of the better experiences with a mobile company we've had. Roman was informative, personable and easy to work with. We were able to get new equipment set up and everything transferred perfectly and quickly.
