The room was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained.

Checked in on 5-28 and the hotel clerk was high as a kite and quite mellow. Room and tv were very good. Breakfast should be avoided other than the waffles. Morning clerk looked as if he just arrived from a shelter. The next day after the review was published he showed up with his haircut looking good and professional. Glad I could provide a push.

Very bad experience and bad service. The smell is bad and facility is out of date. $20 early check-in charge even check in at 1:00pm. System is so screwed up, I booked thru citi travel online with my points and my credit card and confirmation had told me that the room had been pre-paid. Got confirmation number, and credit card had been charged and pointed had been removed from system. When I arrived at this hotel, front desk told me that the room was not paid and ask my credit to pay for this reservation. Service desk did not help any to resolve this issue. Strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel

Room had stains on the sheets and the white curtains. It just did not meet our expectations for one night costing us $254… the front lobby still smelled of cigarettes and the furniture in the lobby was dirty. The breakfast area was cramped. Just did not look like the pictures online and the driveway to get there was sooo rough. Not worth the cost and would have gone elsewhere.

My room had roaches and I had to be move into another room late at night. I had to throw all my food away because there were multiple roaches. Also the room door didn’t work properly. My friend could push her way into the room with the key card! Major concern on safety in the room and when I got moved to the other room I couldn’t sleep at all because I was to paranoid that the new room had roaches too !!!! So I literally got no sleep and I couldn’t enjoy my stay. I wish I got my money back , I’m completely disgusted and disappointed.

Do not stay here.
Do you like rooms where the floor is so gross you keep your shoes on? Bathrooms that aren't clean? Well before you book...
Between the loud beeping which started at midnight (that the front desk was uninterested in resolving), and the overflowing upstairs toilet coming through the ceiling, it's difficult to recommend every starting at any Best Western.

Everything was great! Breakfast was okay, but could've changed what meat they were having instead of sausage links. I personally never went down to look. Hubby brought what he thought I'd eat!

The hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room had such a dirty carpet our socks were black, although the bed was comfortable. A strong chemical smell (from deodorizer?) wafted through the hall. One day as we were leaving, a maid had been mopping the floor in the eating area but there was no cone or warning about the wet floor. My wife slipped and nearly fell, twisting her back. When we told the assistant manager she seemed unconcerned and even irritated. We will not be returning!
Rooms: Clean bathroom but dingy room. Musty smell like the a/c filter hadn't been changed.
Safety: Wet slippery mopped floor with no warning cone.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was not well tended to, so not hot and running out, no matter what time we had breakfast

The assistant manager has a very good personality good customer service very open to all races never make you feel that you're not welcome she keeps us coming back . Good team leader and personable!

Everything is fine with the hotel and the amenities. It’s what I expect for a Best Western. What I found annoying was the fact that there is an extended family staying here (approximately 25ish people), who have basically taken over the dining area and lobby for the weekend. At breakfast they treat like their own personal cafe. Every other guest has to fix a plate and take it back to their room. Saturday night they used it like a banquet room, brought in food, beer, cocktails, etc… during the days it was just where they hung out to visit. I understand that it’s a “common area”, but come on. Hotel otherwise what I expected.
