“Wow. I enjoyed working with Murphy and the installers. They were professional, punctual and paid great attention to detail. They were extremely flexible when we needed to set up different delivery dates and times due to unforeseen circumstances. They finished ahead of schedule. The floor looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!!!”
“Amazing service and merchandise! The treatment you get at Suri is beyond compare. The rugs are stunning and of the highest quality, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! We are consistently treated as if we are the most important customers in the world although he has clientele across the globe. I recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous rug and top notch service!”

“We recently replaced the carpeting in two rooms and were looking for a very specific type and style of carpet. From our first visit, the staff at Kerns were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They were never pushy and wanted to ensure we found something that would fit our needs. The owner personally made sure we were satisfied. Scheduling met what they indicated at time of purchase. The installers were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish! We will go back for our next flooring project.”

“Highly recommend working with Jacalyn. I had some very specific requests, and she hunted through the store to give me multiple options. She sent me home with sample boards and when indecision got the best of me, she ordered larger samples for me to place in my space and look at during different times of day; no rush, no pressure. She was quick, helpful and responsive. She helped me find the best available discounts and lived up to every promise she made about installation, etc. Her install techs were timely, personable and efficient. Highly recommend working with Jacalyn. She'll make at least one of your building/remodel choices less difficult! Thanks, Jacalyn!”
