“Wow. I enjoyed working with Murphy and the installers. They were professional, punctual and paid great attention to detail. They were extremely flexible when we needed to set up different delivery dates and times due to unforeseen circumstances. They finished ahead of schedule. The floor looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“Amazing service and merchandise! The treatment you get at Suri is beyond compare. The rugs are stunning and of the highest quality, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! We are consistently treated as if we are the most important customers in the world although he has clientele across the globe. I recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous rug and top notch service!”

“We are very pleased with our Kerns experience. From Shannon, our Flooring Specialist, to Dan and Larry, our installers, we enjoyed every aspect of the process and our new carpet looks and feels fantastic. Mike H.”
