Great prices but lousy service. I had a tire losing air within a month, brought it back to be fixed, waited for the repair. They didn’t see anything so didn’t do anything. Unacceptable. I will pay up in the future to a shop that stands behind their service and the products they sell. Their “warranty” isn’t worth the paper it is printed on.

I ordered two tires online to be installed on my car at the warehouse. As soon as they get my car on the lift in the warehouse, they tell me they cant install two tires. They offer me a set of four tires to install at the warehouse that were significantly more expensive. I would have ordered four tires if it was clear on the website that they would not install two tires. I also would not have paid an extra $300 on more expensive tires if it was made clear to me the high extra cost. Overall not satisfied with how I was pressured into an expensive purchase.

I should of listened to the reviews. Brought our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for new tires and came out with 2 damaged rims that they are claiming were not damaged by them. I read the reviews and decided, lets give them a chance. I took pictures/videos of all 4 wheels and took after pictures showing the damage. Sent timestamped photos as requested by the resolution manager and received a call today saying they will not cover the two damaged rims. The claims rep could obviously care less because her job is to fight claims, but come on Costco, make things right.

Go literally anywhere else if possible! Not only did I have to go back multiple times because when they put new tires on they broke sensors, stripped the wheel lock and all of the lugs, but they also talked down to me the entire time. We were asked if we were aware that our lugs were pretty stripped when we brought the car in and that “we should maybe take a look at that” but it was only when my husband confronted them, saying he knew everything was fine on the car before, that they change their story and admitted that one of their guys stripped them all and only then did they offer to pay for new lugs. Please go literally anywhere else for tires. Good deal on the tires themselves but horrible experience if you even let them near your car. Not to mention if you book a time slot, they normally don’t even start looking at your car until at least 4 hours later in my experience. Save yourself the headache!!!

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would and that’s not being dramatic I never give bad reviews.
I came here with one spare on due to a flat tire needing a replacement in a pinch. First I had someone come look at my tires and they ordered the tires and said they would be here the next day great! Come to find out at my appointment they ordered the wrong tires after 30 min in my appointment time. They covered the difference as it was their mistake so whatever no biggie. However I had to wait till Friday to come back they put them on in about a hour. As I drive a way I hear a loud thumping as if they are off balance or not rotated or something. At this point I am so over them and end up having to make an appointment with my dealership. They put snow tires on my car without my consent. Never once was talked about I wanted the same type of tires that were on my car already and they weren’t rotated correctly. Honestly don’t waste your time. Price is good but the work and communication isn’t.

Avoid Costco for your tire needs. After ordering tires online, the earliest available installation appointment was nearly two weeks out. I arrived on time for my 4 PM appointment, but my truck wasn't brought into the service bay until after 5 PM. It’s now 6:30 PM, and the service still isn’t complete, despite being told it would take about 45 minutes. This place is the definition of poor customer service, inefficient processes, and a lack of time management. I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The online process of ordering tires is easy. The price is fair. But, the installation process is not good. I had a 12:30 appointment. The vehicle wasn't ready for two hours. Then, I waited 15 minutes for them to get me my keys. I'll gladly pay a little extra to go to a place that values the time of the customer.

People deserve to be treated with dignity and basic human decency. Had an appointment at 10 am yesterday. By 1 pm still had not started on my car. No communication on running late or sincere apology. Very disappointed.

Prices are great on quality tires, but if you need service good luck. Weeks to get in if at all, or wait a full day with no guarantee it’ll get taken care of for a walk in… great to have a warranty if you can’t even get a repair.

This tire center is a dumpster fire. Customer service is non-existant, appointment times are merely a guideline, only have 1 person working the counter, phones ringing off the hook and no one answering. After tires were installed they didnt clean off the rims, etc. I know you can save money by going here but you will waste an incredible amount of time as the trade off.I am a big fan of Costco, but my experience was that poor.

Fair price. They installed the wheel weights wrong and they rubbed on my calipers. Came back when they told me to come in two days to get it done quickly. Only to be told I had to wait 3 hours for them to correct their mistake. I will think twice before getting tires here again. Update: 3 days later they got me in to correct the wheel weights. They are now fixed. I found a recliner to sleep in for an hour it took them. Will I come back? Probably, but I’ll send my wife so she can wait in the store

I was at the Costco in Pewaukee, WI this morning and I had a horrible experience with the employee working in the self-checkout area. I have been here many times before and have never had an issue with anyone before. I was checking out and my boyfriend was with me, and he wanted to pay for half of my groceries. When he went to pay this woman stopped him in the rudest way telling me that if he is not a member he couldn't pay. Then she pointed at this sign like I was an idiot and tried to cancel what we had just scanned. I told her to leave it because there was no point in cancelling it and I would have him transfer me the money. I asked what does it matter? It's my membership and my groceries, what do you care if he pays for it on my behalf? She then started babbling on about how she isn't going to get any raises this way, and some other stuff that was muffled since she was wearing a mask. Then started talking about us to another woman standing behind us. This was absolutely unnecessary. I had my boyfriend stand there and transfer the money to my account just so he could help me out. It was absolutely embarrassing that she had to bring another person into the situation. She could of have been professional, and kind, but instead ruined our experience with her attitude. I will be canceling my membership as this has left a very poor impression on the both of us. Being a manager myself, I would never tolerate having an employee who would make someone feel the way this woman made us feel.
