“I came into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and I also had a couple of tail light bulbs out on my older truck. I received amazing service from Felix. He let me know that he could test the bulbs to determine if it was the bulbs or the harness. I had suspected the harness because I had already changed the bulbs. Felix made sure that the problem was not fuse first. Then, he tried to help save me money by trying to fix the end prongs of the harness that were bent instead of replacing the harness. He was able to get one of the lights working; however, he couldn't get the other light to quite work consistently. But I really appreciated his efforts in trying to save me money by fixing the harness rather than replacing it. In the end we did have to replace the harness but he did not charge me for any of his work trying to fix it.
When getting the oil change at the end while they were trying to verify the correct amount of oil was in there by checking the dipstick, it was discovered that the tube that the dipstick goes in was rusted out at the bottom. Felix showed me what was going on and I asked if that was something that they could repair. He said yes he could help with that but they would just need to order the part and I could come back later. It was nice because I could get it all done there and they were able to let me drive back to work and come back later. My truck is very old and rusty underneath due to snow plowing and stuff. When I came back they had the part ready to go and got me in immediately. When they got my truck in the air though Felix showed me how the tube was rusted out and part of the tube actually broke off inside of another tube that interconnected. It would take a little bit more of a specialized tool to help fix that. So, Felix told me he would get the tool and help fix it tomorrow if I could come back. He even offered to take me back to my house while he was working on it and offered to pick me up when it was completed. He called me when it was done and he did great work in a very very difficult situation with all the rust on the underside of my engine. I felt bad that he had to work with those conditions. But, he did awesome work and had a very fair price. I really appreciated his top-notch service. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and just an all-around great person to work with. I have five cars and a work truck and I will be back with all of them thanks to that kind of service.”

“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”
“Great Kudos to Larry and Roadrunner Car Wash in Menomonee Falls. My relative was on auto pay for car washes at Roadrunner and became disabled and was no longer driving. She never stopped the auto pay and was deducted 40 monthly for a car wash. When I took over paying her bills, I realized she had been paying for a car wash for over a year and had not been using this service. I contacted Roadrunner to discontinue this auto deduct and spoke with Larry about getting a refund for the previous year's charges. He was very accommodating and gave us a 2 month refund which could be done through the computer, but then explained he couldn't go further back than that, but gave us a one year free future car wash program for another car. Thank you Larry. Great customer accommodations. Highly recommend !!!! Five Stars for customer service and community business responsibility.”

“I have been to multiple Take 5 locations but this location was by far the best. Manager Touissant went above and beyond. Changed my drain plug for free, hand cleaned my windshield, offered me a discount card and a water all with a smile on his face. Very fast service felt like I was a NASCAR driver in pit lane. There was four people assisting to get me out quick. Will be bring our five vehicles back in the future. Keep up the great service it is refreshing this day and age!!”
