“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

“I have just joined the Shine Wash membership at Road Runner and I’m very impressed so far. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. I especially like that they do a quick pre-rinse before the wash and provide plenty of clean towels and supplies for customers to use — little touches that make a big difference.
The staff here are always present, helpful, and attentive, which really sets the place apart. Everything feels well-run and professional, and you can tell they care about keeping customers happy.
It’s also great knowing this is a local Wisconsin business. I’d much rather support them than the bigger chains, and I’ll definitely be recommending Road Runner to my friends, family, and coworkers.
I only have 2 small suggestions for them: it would be great if your weekday evening hours were through 7 pm, which would be convenient for working folks. Also, I wish there was a touch-free option; in fact, I wouldn't be opposed to it being touch-free only.”

“I’ve been going to this location for oil changes for a couple years. I’m pleased to say that I’ve received the best automotive service there of any automotive shop I’ve ever been to. (I’m 62 years old.) I know it’s only an oil change, but the thoroughness and care taken is exemplary. And this shop provides services and checks that other places don’t.
I’ve always been a bit mistrustful of quick-oil-change places, but I have complete confidence in the skill and honesty of this shop.
The assistant manager, Ed, has always helped me. His care and attention to detail is fantastic. He has also gone above and beyond in providing guidance/assistance with an odor from my engine, a failing taillight, and a rusted-on license plate. You just don’t see that type of service very often. Ed is truly the best.
This will sound funny, but I actually look forward to getting oil changes at this store!”
“I have been to multiple Take 5 locations but this location was by far the best. Manager Touissant went above and beyond. Changed my drain plug for free, hand cleaned my windshield, offered me a discount card and a water all with a smile on his face. Very fast service felt like I was a NASCAR driver in pit lane. There was four people assisting to get me out quick. Will be bring our five vehicles back in the future. Keep up the great service it is refreshing this day and age!!”
“Dre the assistant manager of my visit was equations and friendly! He told me all the items recommended for the age of my vehicle and had my visit completed in a timely manner. He was intelligent regarding his knowledge and helped me turn the oil light off as well as line up above his coworker Malachi in the trench.
