My cat Ellie has never been to a groomer before. She is a 4 year old medium-long tabby cat, nothing fancy but Ellie tends to get knots on her tummy/under her armpits, and has a fluffy butt that sometimes isn’t the cleanest. Tabitha was amazing with her, she did a waterless bath, trim, brush, nails, ears, etc. in all of 45 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my Smelly Ellie back for the quick, easy, well-done service Tabitha was able to provide.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lakeview Animal Clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Paighton, in particular, has been an absolute standout. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on the best ways to care for my cats, answered all of my questions with kindness and patience, and made both of my cats feel at ease. It’s clear she not only knows her stuff, but truly loves what she does — and her approachable, friendly way made every visit comfortable and positive.

Dr. Augustin is equally amazing. She is fully engaged in every appointment, clearly invested in my pets’ health, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she loves her job and genuinely cares about giving pets the highest standard of care. I always leave feeling confident that my cats are in expert hands.

Thank you to the whole team for providing such compassionate, thoughtful care — I’m so grateful to have found this clinic!

Barking Up Hickory is truly the best! My dogs absolutely love going there, and I always feel completely at ease leaving them in such great hands. The staff clearly cares deeply about every dog—they take the time to get to know their personalities and make sure each one feels comfortable and happy.

One of my dogs can be a little standoffish, but even she always comes home tired, happy, and clearly well cared for. That says so much about the way they run things and the trust they build with the dogs.

From daycare to boarding, Barking Up Hickory goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more highly—they’re caring, professional, and truly make it a fun experience for the pups. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This bar is a very easy going corner bar near a lake. The staff I regularly run into are Becca and Nikki and they both provide very unique and entertaining experiences. Music can be loud, it can be energetic, it can be moody, it can be exactly what you want. However it all depends on those around you. You can really turn this bar into something reminiscent of going to friend’s house on a Friday/Saturday. If you’re not enjoying it, give it another try, try the other bartenders, try another crowd another night, this is a great spot in a very nice and peaceful location.
