N90W16943 Appleton Avenue, Menomonee FallsI’ve taken my longhaired cat here for an annual lion cut 3 or 4 times now and I’ve always had a good experience, but today we ran into a problem with their online booking system- I was to be charged a fee for a no show (I rescheduled online through their third party booking service, so the initial appointment should’ve been cancelled but it wasn’t for some reason) and my new appointment was cancelled. This came at a surprise to me but after discussing what had happened they were still able to squeeze me in and they waived the cancellation fee. As always, they were very thorough but still finished the job within about an hour. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received today and my cat looks so handsome!

N87W16464 Appleton Avenue, Menomonee FallsI had been going to a large veterinary practice in the same county for many years, but I came here for a second opinion when my cat was facing what was supposed to be an expensive surgery. The doctor showed me that the surgery wasn't necessary and was able to get my cat better for much less.
Since then, I've brought my large dog here as well, and I've continued to have great experiences. This is a very small practice, with just the doctor and his assistant, but the care we've received has been excellent. They are straightforward, explain things clearly, and never make me feel pressured into unnecessary services or expenses. Their prices have also been much more affordable than what I've experienced elsewhere.
I really appreciate the personal attention and honesty. It's refreshing to find a vet who focuses on what your pet actually needs rather than trying to sell you on more. I'm very glad I made the switch and would absolutely recommend them!

My big girl is 14 years old and needs TLC while being groomed. Kelsie always gives her the extra time and care she needs. My dachshund went today for the very first time and came home happy, soft and fluffy.
They sell the cutest dog cookies and treats here, too. My girls say they are delicious.
