N90W16943 Appleton Ave, Menomonee FallsI’ve taken my longhaired cat here for an annual lion cut 3 or 4 times now and I’ve always had a good experience, but today we ran into a problem with their online booking system- I was to be charged a fee for a no show (I rescheduled online through their third party booking service, so the initial appointment should’ve been cancelled but it wasn’t for some reason) and my new appointment was cancelled. This came at a surprise to me but after discussing what had happened they were still able to squeeze me in and they waived the cancellation fee. As always, they were very thorough but still finished the job within about an hour. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received today and my cat looks so handsome!

Everyone there was extremely empathetic when working with me on payment while having my bunnies health first priority. They also did follow-up check in calls and were able to get me critical care feed for free with my buns meds same day.
Highly recommend this vet for any bun parents looking around, they'll be in great hands here :-)

My big girl is 14 years old and needs TLC while being groomed. Kelsie always gives her the extra time and care she needs. My dachshund went today for the very first time and came home happy, soft and fluffy.
They sell the cutest dog cookies and treats here, too. My girls say they are delicious.

Despite that, I was fully impressed with the facility and the staff. They are all very kind, knowledgeable, and it is clear their ability to keep animals safe and comfortable. I also love their outward support for diversity and inclusion in the community. If I had a dog that was better suited for a daycare experience, I would come here without hesitation. My dog may be getting a one star review, but these guys get five!

Fries are extra but the portion is a bargain at $1.00. We will be back to try other things as it was difficult to decide.
