“Hands down the best pork chop I've ever had in my life. Even if it's a far drive for you, it absolutely will be worth it. Stock up your meats from Straka. I'm a huge fan of farm to table butchers. I haven't been able to find one quite like this. I've always said Plain is such a small town blink and you will easily miss it. DONT BLINK I don't care if you have to nail your eyelids open. If you don't stop here you WILL be remiss.”
