6+ hours into our drive time, late Friday afternoon of the Labor Day weekend, we hit a rock on the highway outside of Plattville, causing quite a bulge in our tire wall. Found Dewey's Tire repair while in downpouring rain. The men had all four tires replaced by the time I made 2 phone calls to the insurance company. Back on the road in an hour to enjoy our vacation!! “In sept 22 i was on a road to trip to get my Daughter i hit a dead deer and rim in the middle of high way at 4am. “It was short notice, and I had a trip coming up. I texted Scott the Service Mgr. and asked if there was any way he could get my car in the following day. He immediately responded and asked what time I would be able to be there. I requested mid-morning and he set the appointment up for 9:30. I was there at 9:25, and he got me in and out by 10:00. Try doing that at a 'quick change' business.”

“They really saved us!! We were coming into Platteville after a 2.5 hour drive and the low engine oil light came on (just had an oil change the day before at my dealership). We pulled into Garvey's and realized we had a major oil leak. They got us right in, checked out the car and replaced the oil filter and oil. They even helped to clean up the dripping oil from the underside of the car. And this all happened at 4:30PM on a Friday.

“This review is long over due because life is hectic; however, I am making time to finally write it because Megan Joslin at Kunes made my life less stressful. She listened to me ramble on about trying to get my vehicle looked at else where, my concern about the noises I was hearing, and not only did she calmed me down but she did some foot work for me and had an amazing team member from the service department get ahold of me. Not only did they get my vehicle in super fast but scheduling to fix at least the main problem and the price was phenomenal. Megan please extend my gratitude to the service department!! I have since moved or I would still take my vehicle to them. It’s been a long time to find honest people in the car industry. Thank you Megan and team for going above and beyond for a stressed mom!”
