“I come to this Dollar General pretty regularly, and I just want to say that Elizabeth is always there when I shop. She’s consistently helpful, kind, and willing to go out of her way to assist, even when it’s obvious she’s extremely busy. I honestly don’t see a lot of other employees working with her, so she’s doing a lot, and still has a great attitude every time. That said, my experience today was very different. There was a newer employee, I believe her name was Tehran, and she just seemed irritated and like she didn’t really want to help. It made the interaction feel kind of uncomfortable, which isn’t what I’m used to here. I understand retail can be stressful, especially since stores like this are often understaffed and employees are stretched thin, but customer service really makes a difference. Elizabeth sets a great example of what that should look like. I hope the rest of the team can match that level of care moving forward.”

“amily Dollar is a nice small store to go in and out to get things that you need.The location has had good service in the times that I have visited and have always had what I was looking for. It is pretty convenient being a smaller store to visit this store. If you are looking for a big variety of a certain product then you want to go elsewhere but generally there are a few different brands of each item to choose from.They do have a small alcohol selection as well. I look at this place like a small grocery store and small Walmart/Target in one place.”

“Honestly, this one store is my favorite location. I have seen many of the staff come and go, but the main constant is Steve. He's always there. He knows his store inside and out. He'll take the time to help if you ask. I worry that he doesn't get the rest that he deserves. If I had the schedule, I'd join just to support him. Sure, the store may not always have the stock you need. Sure, nothing is a dollar any more. But they remain a great store with decent prices. And they have Steve.”

“I go here all the time for my household items, and hygiene products. The place is full of boxes, not very organized but some parts of it are. The floors were clean though!Some staff are a bit rude and sound like they don't want to be there. But the manager is to the point and respectful. Most of the time I find what I need, but sometimes I don't and they are out of stock. I absolutely love the hygiene products they have here though! And it also has a mailbox in the front with gumball machines by the front door. Pretty pleased Everytime I go here.”
