“I was there a couple days ago. Great selection of items, store was clean and organized. However, the best part of it was the young lady Madison! She was super helpful, patient with me over the phone and then also during my shopping visit. She had a warm smile, great disposition and just so sweet! You don’t see that very much anymore with customer service employees. I hope she has a raise in the works for the near future! Very happy with my purchases. Thank you Madison!”

“Sue Ann did a great job finding 100% cotton jeans for me in the right size and available length, with my ideal lenth being long vs regular. Addison fits my figure better than Maggie. There was no sticker shock, as I have a pair of Lucky Brand wonder jeans that I obtained second hand. I did my research, knowing I would pay $120 or more for a product that's what I want, with a great fit, and well made.”

“Mendez!!!! Mendez was amazing, she helped me find a purse that I really liked AND that was affordable too!!! My mom brought me here so she could buy me a purse and wallet of my choice for my 21st, and just as I thought I would walk out empty handed, Mendez showed me this brown purse and I was star struck. 10/10 would recommend shopping here, all of the staff are super welcoming and talkative and make sure you’re doing good while shopping!!!”

“My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. Carol was so helpful. She made everything so easy. I can't thank her enough. My husband said she was his new best friend. This is a 5 star store, thanks to her.”
“Good amount of bags, barely anything else. A few shoes, few activewear items. The staff were so so friendly and helpful here, but they had to apologize multiple times because they said they were only allowed to give one paper bag per customer. Even though I purchased 3 bags and told them that I was going to gift them all, they had to shove them all in the same shopping bag, no tissue paper no nothing. That’s quite a weird store policy.”

She was very nice and gave recommendations on the right size or type of clothing I was looking for. She was managing multiple customers’ needs at the same time with ease. Would recommend this store!”

Every time I go to Plato's Closet the workers are incredibly nice. They also work incredibly hard at going through clothes and seeing how much the clothes are worth. If you have nice clothes you do not want you should go to Plato's Closet.”
