She was super helpful, patient with me over the phone and then also during my shopping visit. She had a warm smile, great disposition and just so sweet! “Lina, Sierra and Kaylee went above & beyond to help my daughter and I with our most recent visit. They helped with finding me jeans, gave styling advice, & found the perfect matching earrings (to name a few). My daughter was having a diabetic low and had to sit for a while which made us run late for getting out of the store by closing time but the girls were understanding and didn’t rush us and ended up staying late so that we could finish our shopping spree! There was no sticker shock, as I have a pair of Lucky Brand wonder jeans that I obtained second hand. I did my research, knowing I would pay $120 or more for a product that's what I want, with a great fit, and well made.”

“My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. Carol was so helpful. She made everything so easy. I can't thank her enough. My husband said she was his new best friend. This is a 5 star store, thanks to her.”

“Good amount of bags, barely anything else. A few shoes, few activewear items. The staff were so so friendly and helpful here, but they had to apologize multiple times because they said they were only allowed to give one paper bag per customer. Even though I purchased 3 bags and told them that I was going to gift them all, they had to shove them all in the same shopping bag, no tissue paper no nothing. That’s quite a weird store policy.”

“Seriously so ecstatic right now ! Thank God for in-store employees ! I am a last-minute mom who waited for Easter shirts, Online that every size I needed was unavailable… But I called the store and the girl that answered was super nice to begin with I let her know my situation, and I gave her a product number and she was able to find not only the size that I needed but also the extra size I requested to compare next to each other! Obviously, knowing I couldn’t purchase them for a online order or a pick up in store- Kirsten was ahead of the game Took my name down and told me that they’ll be at the register waiting for me ! “We came in Black Friday! They had amazing sales and deals! Their staff was extremely helpful and organized. They handled the volume with ease. I was particularly impressed by the fitting room attendants. They were always helpful and were happy to help find the sizes and items we needed! My family and I walked out with 7 full bags!! Nothing bad to say about this store. If you like the Black and White theme, this is for you! Some really fantastic looking styles, the associates in the store were wonderful while I was taking pictures and posting them on the Mall website. Stop in, you can't beat 70/75% off!

“We recently shopped at this Skechers outlet store in Pleasant Prairie. Store associate Abby, was extremely helpful and courteous. She helped to find the exact shoe size with multiple color options. Abbey essentially reminded us of the high quality -- good ole All-American customer service that seems very rare these days! Thanks Abby.”
“We really like the JCPenny location in Pleasant Prairie and find that we have good service at the location any time we are there. JCPenny has a great portrait studio that always has good Christmas backgrounds for the season. We have got our Christmas pictures at JCPenny for years following some not so great experiences at a different brand of store. The portrait studio photo folks always seem to have things together and do very well. Some photos don't turn out good but they have always done well at taking a few of each different pose guaranteeing a shot you will like. The employees always have done well directing us into different poses that turned out well. I would recommend joining the portrait club as it does save money and if you can manage to get the membership toward the end of the Christmas season one year & then get in earlier the following year you can make the one year membership last over two Christmas seasons if that's really the only time you get photos like we did.The store itself is also very big with a great selection. Admittedly we only really come during the sales, but if you can find the sales timeframes you can get some quality items for a great price. The JCPenny credit card also ensures that you get some additional sale prices so it can really be worth it to sign up.”

“Every few months I go through and find out which clothes do not fit. Nice clothes that do not fit are taken to Plato's Closet to sell. Every time I go to Plato's Closet the workers are incredibly nice. They also work incredibly hard at going through clothes and seeing how much the clothes are worth. If you have nice clothes you do not want you should go to Plato's Closet.”
