“I got such an amazing customer service experience there with my grandpa! Christina helped us for over an hour and was so kind. My grandparents needed to order a new stove and the one they wanted was showing up as if they’d have to pay for gas stove installation instead of electric, which is what the stove was. She called multiple people since it seemed to be a mistake and was so patient with the whole process. She was able to get it corrected for us so that my grandparents could get the stove they wanted and not have to over pay for installation. Everyone there seemed so helpful but Christina specifically did so much for us and I am so grateful for her! It’s hard for my grandparents to do some things so I am genuinely so thankful that she could help us with the purchase. We couldn’t have done it without her!”
