“It took a few calls to finally get through, but I also know this is a super small business in which most of the people are hands deep into someone else's appliances all day long. So I called until I got someone. I had a Kenmore washer leaving water all over my floor. It would be a couple days before a technician could get to me...again, no problem as I know there are only a couple guys there. The tech showed up when he said he would. It took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the issue (broken drain hose) and he would order the needed part and return when it was in. No problem-they are, again, a small shop and I do not expect them to have every part on hand-that kind of inventory could break them. A few days later he returned and took care of the problem and I was up and doing laundry at home once again. These guys are great-they know what they are doing! They are knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and kind. I will call them every time I cannot make a repair on my own!! Thank you KP for the great service!”
