Pet Sitting & Training

Comfy Critters
7316 WI-66, CusterExtremely pleased with my experience at Comfy Critters. Kel was able to arrange boarding on very short notice for one week for my pup Sammy after dealing with an unfortunate situation at another local boarder. Drop-off was simple and I was left feeling very confident that Sammy would be well taken care of. I received photos and updates several times throughout his stay, ensuring me that he was having a great time. At pick-up, Sammy was exhausted and very happy. I love that the dogs get their own little rooms during the stay vs. sleeping in a kennel. You can tell that the owners love what they do and take amazing care of the animals that stay with them. Thank you!

Country Paws Bed & Biscuit
2107 Country Club Dr, Stevens PointBeen bringing my 5 year old golden retriever to Country Paws since he was a puppy. I usually take him to daycare 3+ times a week when I'm around. Very inexpensive compared to any other dog daycares I've dealt with. Good area for the dogs to play around and the staff is great to work with. Definitely recommend

O'so Brewing Company
1800 Plover Rd, PloverPizza was really good, just wish they offered the regular crust in smaller sizes!! 16 inch is a lot for 1 person. But I do enjoy leftovers and I would order here again.

Paradise Bar & Grill
3401 Post Rd, PloverWhen the world felt cold and empty, when loneliness sat across from me at every table, there was one place that never let me dine alone: Paradise Bar & Grill.
Their breakfast wasn’t just food—it was comfort served on a plate. Every golden pancake felt like a warm embrace. Every bite of perfectly cooked eggs reminded me that there was still goodness in the world. The Orange Juice wasn’t merely juice; it was liquid hope poured into a glass.
There was a time when the days seemed gray and endless. Friends drifted away, life became heavy, and silence filled the spaces where laughter used to live. Yet Paradise was always there, waiting with open doors and the smell of breakfast floating through the air like a promise that tomorrow might be better than today.
I came for the food, but I stayed for the feeling. The crispy bacon, the fluffy biscuits, the hearty breakfasts that could mend a weary soul—each meal felt like an act of kindness. In those difficult days, Paradise wasn’t just a restaurant. It was my sanctuary. It was my companion. It was the place that gave me something to look forward to when I struggled to find joy elsewhere.
To say I love Paradise Bar & Grill would be an understatement. I adore it with the kind of affection usually reserved for old friends and cherished memories. The breakfasts there are woven into the story of my life, into mornings when I needed comfort and somehow found it on a plate.
Some people find happiness in grand adventures. I found it in a booth at Paradise Bar & Grill, watching the sun rise with a hot breakfast in front of me. For that, I will always be grateful.
Five stars will never be enough. Paradise Bar & Grill didn’t just feed me—it nourished my spirit.

Humane Society Of Portage County Inc
3200 Iber Ln, PloverWe have been here before to see what this specific humane society does, and love how compassionate they are with their animals. I love that they offer reasonably priced spay/neuter options for the Public occasionally, a big help when the cat distribution system hits you with a big ole bat.
