Ease of scheduling appointments and great reminders. The staff from the check-in point, to the veterinarian and assistants treated my pets with friendly and kind treatment. Vetco provides a wonderful service for our pet community.

We had to unregister for a puppy class and Josh was great to help us get our full refund. The system was being weird but Josh was persistent and very friendly and helpful to get our class taken care of. This store is cleaner than others I've been to and I suggest it.
