I stopped in this morning and picked out a fish tank and all the accessories. The helpful person in the fish dept said to place the order online for pickup so I could get a discount. I did that. I paid with my credit card. My card went through and was reflected on my account. Stood around for ten minutes, and staff said to check my email. My order was cancelled. No explanation. Josh the manager insisted it was a problem with my card. I called the credit card company and put them on speaker, they told Josh that it wasn't a problem with my card. He said it had to be a problem on my end and he had no way of knowing what happened. He was really unhelpful and rude in my opinion and went to his office and closed the door. I tried calling Petco customer service and they also don't know why the order was cancelled. Their complaint line is so busy that four hours later, they haven't been able to call me back (I guess there is a secret person who knows why but they are very busy). Guess I can't have a fish tank.

We had to unregister for a puppy class and Josh was great to help us get our full refund. The system was being weird but Josh was persistent and very friendly and helpful to get our class taken care of. This store is cleaner than others I've been to and I suggest it.

I went there yesterday and asked for the restroom for my four year old grandson they said they closed there bathroom to the public. I said it was an emergency they would not help and quite obviously did not care. Dont blame a disease for your rudeness.

We thought the store was open later and showed up twenty minutes before closing. Lindsay in the fish department helped us SO MUCH. We bought a twenty gallon tank and all the accessories for it. She had a great attitude and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had had a terrible experience with another employee and nearly avoided returning. Lindsay made me glad we went back.

If I was able to give this company less stars, I would. It's unbelievable how hard it is to get a f****** fish. I have a big enough tank, which I showed the man. I have a water filter and everything you need for a koi fish and this is the third time that this has happened to me. I absolutely DON'T recommend this place to anyone looking for ANY pets!!!!

the ladies did an awesome job grooming my golden doodle. they were patient with her and able to get her front legs and paws done which is next to impossible because she is so skittish about people touching them!!!

Wouldn't even give one star. Took my dog in for a bath, teeth brushed, nails trimmed, and paid extra for nail buffing. When I went to pick him up the lady gave me the slip to pay first. When I went back to pick up my dog she then said they didn't cut his nails because he was too scared and I could come back another day. I asked if I'd be charged again since I paid already and paid extra for the buffing and she said no I'd have to pay again. What?? I paid 51.00 for services and gave a tip because I paid prior to knowing it wasn't done. When I got home I see they attempted to cut the back feet nails first and cut too short and it must have bleed and hurt. Plus, I question if his teeth were brushed and he even got a bath because he didn't smell different at all. So maybe they use an non-scented shampoo? Breath was supposed to be fresh too as I paid extra did the breath freshener. What waist is money. First time we tried them and I'll never go back. Thanks for nothing.

My dogs look fabulous. Petco provides the best care and the design rocked it! My dogs are happy to go for their grooming experience. The staff is great to work all 5 stars.

Last Friday I took Bailey up to Petco in Plover for a groom. They weren't watching him he scratched up his ear so they refused to groom his face to his shoulders. They said to take him to the Vet for possible ear infection and have them do the face groom. So today I'm at the vet, yes he has an ear infection. Which is typical for him this time of year. They gave a quote of $120 to shave his face. Seriously $120!!! So when I got home I spent nearly 45 minutes cutting his hair. But was still charged Full Price for the groom !!! So Unhappy !! Full price for the groom PLUS $7 for matted fur, he is a Shiz Zue Bichon mix his undercoat gets matted. It's the breed. PLUS $5 additional to grind his toenails. It's a full service groom. It's suppose to be included. Very unhappy. Petco please message me.
