“My friend and I were traveling in the Stevens Point area where we had a fender bender that left my car undrivable. We were from out of town with no idea who to contact to tow my car so the officer at the scene called the closest service available, which happened to be Johnson Towing. We really lucked out because this family owned and operated business not only provided outstanding service, they also entertained us and provided compassionate psychological first aid! In addition to towing my car off the scene, they provided a ride for us, at our convenience after we finished breakfast, to hang out in their business lounge for a large part of the day until family from out of town could drive there to bring us back home. I was allowed to leave my car in their impound lot for my claims adjuster to eventually look at it. They took my insurance information and made that contact for me. (This was something I would find stressful to do on a good day; it was so incredibly helpful to have someone else do it for me on this day when I was flustered and upset over the accident.) They entertained us for hours, just being their wonderful selves, engaging in friendly chatter with us, in between taking care of their business, and they gave us water to drink and bags to collect my personal property from my car. Once my niece arrived to pick us up, they asked for her phone to use in order to take photos of my car from all angles showing the damage and instructed her to pass these along to me when I was ready. It was so helpful to have these, later, to pass along to my claims adjuster! We were reminded, several times, to remove my license plates from the car once my niece would arrive to pick us up but, of course, we forgot. Johnson Towing kindly mailed them to me a couple weeks later. Just awesome service!”

“My wife had a tire blowout on I39 coming south back to Stevens Point. On the shoulder she was stuck there and quite nervous as people driving past refused to move over into the left lane. I immediately called Kent’s Towing to scoop up the car and her and get her to safety. Tow truck showed up super fast, loaded the car and her and took back to their shop, put a new tire on and out the door we went!! Knowing that I had help on its way to get my wife safe is PRICELESS!!! Kent and crew have helped us with other things in the past and I couldn’t be happier doing business with them!! A tip of the hat to Kent and crew!! Thank you very much!
