I’m trying to figure out a situation for my grandmother who has Alzheimer’s and dementia, and when I called and spoke with Ben about it, I was told “no one here has time to sit down and talk with you about this” and transferred me to customer service after I told him I had already tried speaking with their incredibly unprofessional customer service line. Disappointing is an understatement. We’ve been customers for almost 10 years and it’s definitely gone downhill.

Went in for a phone upgrade. Easy peasy but was disappointed in the very sub par customer service by Xavier. What happened to greeting a customer, walking over and offering to help, making pleasant conversation and answering questions with a polite tone? Or what about checking investor versus just saying no we don’t have it because I’m sure you want to sell the newest model instead (asked him to go double check and magically they have one). Clearly he has not been trained in customer service 101. While waiting he talked to another employee and made a comment about how all he did all day was upgrades and that all it gives him is a measly $20. Ok so your sat on your butt, were unpleasant to work with, and your complaining about making an extra $20 in ten mins? Listen had you been pleasant I would have purchased all my new phone accessories there and your commission would have been much higher, but since you choose to be a lazy and a disappointment, I just hopped online for them instead. I hope the management realizes that you are certainly not an asset to their store. I’ve had excellent service there by some of the female employees and will return and work with those who are good at their jobs in the future.Update- the manager Josh called me and was incredibly kind and apologized for the lack of service. He went above and beyond to do that and it was very much appreciated!!! Now that’s good customer service!!!

No one was in the store, beside the us and US Cellular associates. I've been locked out my phone for four days and just needed help factory resetting my phone. I have full protection, so I have to factory reset or pay $100 for a new phone. Without even trying they just handed me a paper and said call this number, have a nice day. Waste of a drive to seek professional help.

Just got “ High speed “ Internet and I can’t even connect, took 4 hours to be told I’d have to wait 24-72 hours, and I pay 85$ a month for roughly 2-3 MBPS Download - don’t recommend.

My husband and I built a new home in the middle of nowhere and our cell reception was terrible. Derek helped me so much... he worked on my phone for a while and gave me a new SIM card. The difference was amazing. I was about to drop a whole bunch of money on a cell phone booster at Best Buy but it wasn't needed thanks to Derek. He has a wonderful and charming personality. Please give that guy a raise! He is my hero.

I'm hoping the guy that was helping me was just having a bad day because he was not very attentive. He kept looking over my shoulder at another customer in the office. I was asking questions about renewing our phones but once he found out we didn't have the money to pay for an early upgrade he seemed to have lost interest. I was a bit hurt by the whole thing. I might be looking for a different provider. ?

Went in to make some changes to our business account and add a line. Janelle waited on us immediately. She is very good at her job and I appreciated the amount of time that she spent with us. She answered all of my questions and reviewed our account to see if it was worth it to upgrade anything. Highly recommend.

I made the mistake of buying a phone I didn't like, as a result it cost me$130 in lost fees. Will be exploring other options now.
