Ally was great, helped me with all the questions I had and it was very quick. She deserves my appreciation after what I heard her go through. Customer service is customer service, doesn't mean people have to put up with disrespect. Ally handled it great.

Went in to make some changes to our business account and add a line. Janelle waited on us immediately. She is very good at her job and I appreciated the amount of time that she spent with us. She answered all of my questions and reviewed our account to see if it was worth it to upgrade anything. Highly recommend.

We went into us cellular today to hopefully get help with my daughters phone, it had a black screen and seemed to have crashed. We were greeted and helped right away, the gentleman Chris gave us excellent service and was very accommodating with trying to help us! We thank you so much!
