Wow! Austin was so helpful in setting up my new phone, I came from overseas and he was able to sort me out. He even stayed past his shift to make sure everything was okay. He definitely knows his stuff and great with customers!!

Ally was great, helped me with all the questions I had and it was very quick. She deserves my appreciation after what I heard her go through. Customer service is customer service, doesn't mean people have to put up with disrespect. Ally handled it great.

Went in to make some changes to our business account and add a line. Janelle waited on us immediately. She is very good at her job and I appreciated the amount of time that she spent with us. She answered all of my questions and reviewed our account to see if it was worth it to upgrade anything. Highly recommend.
