“Visited on 12/15 at 415pm. The man who helped me at the drive thru was incredibly helpful. I should’ve asked for his name (Blue button up shirt, light hair, older)! I only went there to deposit cash into my account. When he returned to the microphone with my receipt he helped me get rid of an account that I wasn’t using that I was paying monthly fees for and he changed my savings account into a smartly account so I wouldn’t pay a monthly fee there either. He was so helpful and easily one of the most helpful/nice bank visits I’ve ever had. Thank you, sir!”
“I love this credit union, everyone should love credit unions. But there's a frustrating design flaw. The ATM is in the drive thru and if you get stuck behind someone with apparently complicated finances you have to wait to get to the ATM”

I left Associated bank after many years due to there mishandling of my accounts
I'm always treated with great respect and dignity The bankers all seem to know me by name which brings great comfort. The associates protect my privacy and guide me with care.
In the past I was a victim of fraud ( not at BMO ) and with all their checks and verification steps I never felt more comfortable with my account.
Michelle Kurtz is my personal banker and has gone out of her way for me, never any pressure to do things I don't want, but instead offering me the best options available.
