And then they put the tires on and balanced them and and Made everything good again. I can’t thank them enough for your kindness, and for helping me out. “I stopped in for a top off they completed that for me so I went on my way. A few minutes later I got a call from Mark at Take 5 asking me to please return immediately. When I got back Mark told me that I had a severe leak. Checked the oil, not that. Checked the transmission fluid and it was so close to being empty, it was scary. He advised to seek immediate attention by a mechanic, which I did and had Hometown Car Care replace both of the hoses. Mark saved me from having to possibly get a total transmission replacement. I would refer anyone asking to go to Take 5 oil change. Mark went above and beyond. Thank you sincerely Mark.”
