Walgreens is a store for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The store itself is fine and employees are always pleasant. The pharmacy offers drive-through service, which is super convenient, though the typical wait time can be 30 to 45 minutes. Customer service at the photo counter receives positive remarks, with employees described as very helpful and going above and beyond to fix mistakes. Service there provides a good experience, with staff gladly allowing exchanges for photo items and completing them while customers wait. From the pharmacy perspective, the process is not fast by any means. The team works to ensure prescriptions are correct, but they rely on information sent by doctors and can be short-staffed. They ask for patience and kindness from customers, noting that filling medication is a careful process different from fast food service. The overall message is that employees are doing their best under demanding circumstances.
I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. My husband has cancer they overcharged us for drugs. We got somewhere else for half the price. And a host of other issues. Especially when you call in to talk to the pharmacy and you get a call center who gives you wrong information?

This Walgreens store has ongoing issues from snarky staff to wrong information given to customers to long, long wait times. I thought things were getting better, but in view of my last visit, they are not.
