Good service and experience on a Sunday night at the service and photo counter .The young lady at the counter was were very helpful, I made a mistake printing off some photo cards and they gladly let me exchange for a new set and got them done while I waited no problem.

Do not use this walgreens for ANY kind of medications. The pharmacy staff are SUPER rude as i am sitting in the lobby waiting for a perscription that they said was ready and was now just told to leave because they dont have it and to check in tomorrow.. keep in mind this perscription was for INSLUIN that is NEEDED TO SURVIVE. this walgreens has NO system in the pharmarcy. It is like walking in to bull in a china shop.I always thought walgreens was better then this.. Been using walgreens for 15+ years for my diabeties and other medical issues over the years and have NEVER been treated the way i get treated at the portage location for over a year and half now.. Im done with walgreens unless its in a well known more popular town...

I am a pharmacy technician at this location and no one sees the back side of this process. Yes we are short staffed, yes we are doing our best, yes we can only do what the doctors off or ER sends to us. Just because they say they sent it does NOT mean it was sent correctly. It’s not a fast process by any means. We are human and so are the doctors and nurses that send these fax - we work as a team to reassure that your scripts are correct to the best of our ability. We are not the ones responsible for your prescription coverage, we do what we are allowed to do - we do NOT make the rules. I can honestly say that this job will test your patience, your kindness and your compassion. I have worked many jobs with the public and I can safely say I have never been talked to so rudely as I have here. Many of us leave work so upset and rundown. We all have issues that we deal with in our lives that no one is aware of - but that does NOT give us the right to lash out at people! Be kind to others. Stop complaining! We are filling your medication NOT making you a burger and fries! Thank you for listening

First and last time i will be using this pharmacy. I was just placed on hold for an hour and a half to be hung up on once I reached the front of the queue. I have gotten no updated on what my prescription status is from anybody.

I would give a 000. Worst drive thu. Ever. I was waiting 15 mins on the far side and a car pulled up to the front one waited 5 mins and the lady helped them 1st. Pay attention who's been waiting longer. Don't be to fast to snap at people when they hit the call button. There's a reasonwhy there's a call button. I didn't even get a chance to tell her. Because she just started Bitchin that she is the only one there.

Most of the store is nice. As most reviews say, the problem is the pharmacy. First time here, they told me it'd be 15 minutes to get my prescription. It took three hours.Second (and hopefully last) trip it wasn't as slow, but the pharmacy staff were rude, unfriendly, and unattentitive. The employee saw I had had my prescription filled through Walgreens before, didn't even ask if I had questions, and just sent me to talk to the pharmacist, wasting more people's time.

Absolutely awful! The lady in the pharmacy drive through started on my meds and then moved on to the next lane without giving me meds! Then tells me she had trouble finding it and it won’t fit through the tube so I will have to come inside! She never left her register so lies! Incompetent staff. Wait times is at a minimum of 35-45 minutes and I have been in line over an hour before!

I've been going to Walgreens most of my life for my prescriptions. the past few years the pharmacy service has gotten slower and slower. It's to the point where I will routinely have to wait 30-40 minutes for RX refills. It doesn't matter on the time of day. When I try to use the shipping option it doesn't seem to work and I get voicemails about cancelling my order and resubmitting it. I've been sending my new prescriptions to Wilz in town and have had much more success, wait times are only 5 minutes max.

Usually have everything I need. Though there is a mix up, of some kind, (often getting a partial fill, forcing me to drive back) 3/4 times of the year, going each month. It is a busy pharmacy in a small area so some mistakes are to be expected.

If I could give zero I would. It's bad enough you have to wait in line forever for a prescription...I called mine in yesterday afternoon and the recording said I could pick it up after 10 am. Well...I went there at 2:15 pm and after waiting in line for a half hour, I was informed it wasn't filled yet. This was the last straw for this pharmacy. Very very poor.

The young red headed girl who works here is mean and nasty 100% of the time I have ever shopped here! She has snapped at me over simply asking her a question. She gives people dirty looks and seems to intentionally trying to be the slowest employee she can possibly be. I won’t shop here anymore while she works here.

My god this is PAINFULLY slow today 6/12. 2nd in line yet neither sides are being served. Waited 47 minutes before getting to the front. There is no excuse for this slow. Would pay to have them shipped if only that were an option.

If staff could be any slower, we would go back in time! Argue about my speed pay and refuse to use it because my spouse is mysteriously not on the profile after decades! I have been paying with the speed pay for years and now it's an issue? 3 attempts because the line was so long the previous days. Nearly 20 cars. Inside just as bad at pharmacy. Walgreens needs to rename itself to Waste My Time... The TEXT alert failed. This script was ready and still took a quarter hour to get the the script picked up once at the window. One person is killing your efficiency not that you had any. This was not any other staff delay except the checkout staff. Rather than argue, put my spouse on the profile and move on! Even cars behind me were getting involved asking what the point of speed pay is!!!
