Portage Walgreens pharmacy needs to do better!! Come here to pick up meds obviously because I'm sick and they tell me that they do not have or even see a script called in by my Dr. So I call my Dr office and the receptionist says before I even say what pharmacy I'm at says let me guess you are at portage Walgreens.... Pretty bad when the Dr office in town knows that this pharmacy is nothing but issues. I will be switching they never have my meds anyways..

We were very impressed at how quickly and accurately our transferred prescriptions were filled. Very friendly staff and the pharmacy was very busy!!

Went through the drive thru today, waited 25 min. in line. Couldn’t wait any longer asked for debit card back said can’t wait any longer. Guy says sorry looking for other car prescriptions. Came back 2 hours later waited 25 min again!!! Need to get someone who knows what they are doing waiting on cars!!! Terrible service. Going inside isn’t any better!

My husband went to pick up my 3 prescription yesterday. They called and said all 3 were ready. We he got home there were only 2 .Called them back and they said opps. They would mail to me. But wasn't sure there may be a charge. It was a sleep aid,so I didn't get good sleep last night. Don't be afraid to call corporate on them. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever felt with..

The store itself is fine and employees are always pleasant.
They have a drive-through pharmacy, which is super convenient but typical wait time is 30 to 45 minutes. It would be nice if they could figure out a way to streamline that.

This place can't get much right. I've repeatedly requested my maintenance meds to mailed and they can't get it right. No more chances for you walgreens. Time to go to Walmart. It's supposed to be one of the busiest Walgreens in the nation and they can't keep up.

Pharmacy is really rude over there and Jeff the manager don't want to take care of their people and all you do is sit here and wait and wait and wait for your medication and they don't get the approval from the doctor to sign off on your medication and all you do is sit there and wait in line or on the phone there poor customer service to help customers at this location

Good service and experience on a Sunday night at the service and photo counter .The young lady at the counter was were very helpful, I made a mistake printing off some photo cards and they gladly let me exchange for a new set and got them done while I waited no problem.
