“We worked with Megan Mahan and she along with the other staff at Adams Auction were amazing! From my very first email with her, all the way through the closing and even now, she has been nothing but helpful. She was always available for our many questions and never made us feel like we were a bother. While we had our home listed, the market took a turn with all of the federal government closures/delays. She used her skills and got creative! She hosted 2 open houses with treats and activities for kids! Megan also let us know right away that she was expecting a baby and what that may look like if we were still working with her during her baby's arrival. Thankfully everything was wrapped up by the time her baby was born, but she was upfront with us and told us the plan right away!! Selling a home was something we had never done and we didn't like the idea of another realtor(buyer's realtor)showing our home without one of us or Megan present. Megan explained the importance of allowing other realtors to show the home, but she also promised to be present for those showings. It put our minds as ease and made her available for any potential buyers to ask questions that their realtor may not know the answers to. We also inquired about the paperwork end of us purchasing our new home. We were purchasing from a family member so the property would not be listed but we also wanted some help and guidance through the process.
