505 W Water St, PrincetonA very cool eclectic restaurant. We really liked the vibe. We were met at the door by the sweet pooch welcoming committee. We chose a high table towards the back and were pleasantly surprised by the wood burning stove that added some great ambiance and warmth on a cold winter day. You order your food from the counter and then they bring it to your table. The menu had some really yummy looking lunch options. We chose the Korean nachos which were amazing and I will be returning soon to have them again. I also had the pistachio latte. Again, I think the best I have ever had and wish I lived closer. But probably a good thing I don't as I would be a daily visitor for sure. Service was great and can't wait to return again soon.
