“This was my first visit here.Some of the previous reviews may lead to the wrong expectations; for example they don’t have beer any more, but they DO have high grade hand made soap! (They moved locations in the past couple years. )The ambience is nice. The record part owner (Jada) rotates the record stock with a stash she has in her basement, so as not to have an overwhelming amount of records to go through at once. You have to come back later if you want to see something different. Fun!I browsed the records she had out, asked her to play them for me. I bought all but one of those. (Chet Atkins with orchestral back-up)When we were getting ready to go, she put on the next record in her stack; Detroit Cobras. I loved it; it’s punk. I asked to hear another cut from that one, it was good too. I asked how much the record was. “It’s my partner’s, I don’t know if it’s for sale.” She shouted over the wall to ask, and the answer was yes! (Even though it’s out of print)”
