“Super convenient. Easiest and faster way to get your prescriptions if you are in the building visiting a doctor. I wasn't feeling well and went to the Walk-in Clinic. They gave me a prescription. I walked around the corner to the Aurora Pharmacy... 10 minutes later I was out the front door. The pharmacists were friendly and helpful. I was really happy I went there. I highly recommend using them.”
“I've always had a much better experience getting my medication here than at chain pharmacies. Staff are always pleasant and very helpful, especially when I have had issues with prior authorization in the past. Parking is pretty spare, but you can use the nearby garage and walk up.”

“Always helpful. At the pharmacy and in the store at the counter. The staff greet you upon entering the store. The pharmacy staff always answer your questions and get your meds in a timely manner. The store does not have a drive thru at this location but, there's decent parking, the store is steps from the parking lot and the line at the pharmacy can sometimes be 5 deep but, the pharmacy staff are efficient and your up at the counter in no time.”

I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens on Durand Avenue in Racine! I usually shop here for vitamins, medicines, prescriptions, greeting cards, or snacks, but today I was searching for birthday supplies and gifts—items I don’t normally expect to find at Walgreens. I had some pretty challenging requests, but three different staff members went above and beyond to help me locate everything I needed. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Their teamwork and dedication turned a tough shopping trip into a total success. The staff were absolute rock stars—highly recommend this location!”

“The pharmacist on duty last night was so helpful and compassionate. I had just come from the ER and, even though he was alone, he made sure that my prescriptions were filled quickly enough that my iv medications hadn’t fully worn off before I could take my prescriptions. He helped an enormous amount after a very painful emergency.”

“For the most part, they are very friendly, patient and reasonably priced. I’m a recently diagnosed diabetic and I wasn’t ready financially for the costs of getting supplies and medication. I printed out as many vouchers and discounts as possible and they were very understanding and helpful.
Prices are as good, if not better, than the big name pharmacies. Sometimes, it may take a little longer to get supplies as they have to ship them in and they don’t always communicate that, but I understand they can’t store every brand, make of everything.”
