She walked my girlfriend through every step of opening a FedEx account and creating a complicated shipping label situation involving a valuable item she left in another country. I'm highly impressed at how knowledgeable and kind she was.”

“I was involved in an accident tonight and two tow trucks showed up . Floyds Towing chose to tow my vehicle. The driver Brian W had exceptional customer service skills as well as a good heart. He made sure I was ok by allowing me to sit in tow truck until my ride came not settling for leaving me at the gas station to wait for my ride. He wanted to make sure I was safe and I really appreciated that!! Very Patriotic!! It goes to show you there are still some caring people out here.
