“XPO did a great job when they finally arrived. They did change my delivery time twice but since I did a great job I think that's more important! And they installed my Tonal on my wall.”

“The owners and employees at this location are awesome. This is my first review and for good reason: everytime I need something printed or shipped for work, it gets done on time and with professional courtesy. Most recently I was in a crunch because of someone else, and everyone at this UPS Store got to work to help me get everything printed and the two huge display boards set up on a short timeline. I'm glad I won't need to do that again, as I prefer to plan ahead, and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks again, everyone!”

“Amazing staff service and seamless returns. Kevin is doing a fantastic job. He didn’t express any concerns while getting my package back as I dropped my trading phone and forgot to reset it. He unpacked everything for me and then gave me phone to reset everything and it just happened before closing the shop.”

“I'm not a computer person or doing anything on a computer. I am a person person. I like talking to people. BUT the Estes process of getting a quote, processing the BOL and scheduling a pick up online was a very easy process. If i can do it, anyone can! Thank you Estes.”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”

“Always love going here. The food is great, the waitstaff is friendly and the prices are inexpensive. I've tried many menu items, and my favorite is the rainbow trout with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. Now, if they would just please build one closer to New Berlin Wisconsin so I wouldn't have to travel seventeen miles to my favorite restaurant!!!”

“I run a wedding floral business from my home, and I somehow missed delivery for one of my Monday morning fresh flower deliveries. I panicked not knowing if I'd have to wait until the next day for redelivery, if they'd all be dead by then, etc. as I've never missed one before! I tried calling FedEx but everything is run by robots these days. So I drove to this location to get help figuring out how I could get my flowers the fastest. The employee at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe her name was Pam. She took my number and said she'd get in contact with the driver to try to get them redelivered today. She called me back within a couple hours to say my flowers would be delivered within the next hour and they were. I am so grateful for her kindness and help today!!!”

She patiently answered all of my questions and made the entire shipping process so easy and stress-free. It was such a pleasant experience, especially for my first international shipment. Thank you for the wonderful service. Employees like her make such a difference!”

“I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. I even received my refund for the returned item that same day! What also stood out to me was the service overall. Everyone who came in after me was greeted, helped in a timely manner, and on their way without long waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend this location if you need to ship or return a package in person. Great customer service from start to finish! 😊📦”
