While the initial experience was not quite what we had hoped, they did a great job in taking care of the problem. I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. “I have to go to this FedEx location for work and I am often shipping upwards of 10 packages at a time. Brian behind the counter always greets my colleagues and me with a smile and he is so kind and helpful when working on my shipments.Due to the number and size of my boxes, it often takes a few minutes to get through the shipment, but Brian never makes us feel as though the work is a burden and is friendly throughout the whole process.We are always excited to see that Brian is working when we come through the doors!”
“The guy who was working there alone right after opening the shop in the morning was helpful and nice. When I was having a problem with the printer to print some pictures on letter size papers he didn't hesitate to help and asked me just to email them to the shop email address and took care of the rest professionally.
