“We have found many items from furniture to appliances in very good to like new condition. Everyday household items, lawn furniture, light fixtures, tools, snow shovel, leaf blower, garden art, pallets, etc. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's always nice to go there to see if there any treasures for me. We have also donated many items including a couch, a like new stove, chairs, tools, garden items and so on.”

“I shop in thrift stores because I like to find gently worn clothing that doesn't look like this seasons trend. I shop for myself, not to resell. This is my new favorite resale store. Friendly staff and affordable clothing. On my first visit he clothing racks were full, and well organized, and it was a sale day. I purchased 8 blouses, a fashion blazer, and a cute purse for $22 total! I haven't been very impressed in thrift shops the last several years, and this one exceeded expectations!”

“Could barely tell any of the clothes had been worn before. Lots of designer clothes, shoes, jackets, etc. Didn't have that thrift store smell either. Many items looked new. I got a Calvin Klein winter jacket and some decorations for my living room. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Wow! It had been decades since I was at Value Village and I was so pleasantly surprised when I went there with my teens 5/1/2026. The store was so clean and well organized and we managed to fill 2 carts! (Only 78$!) We have a ton of stuff but the employee Micheal, wasn’t overwhelmed at all. He was professional, thorough, kind and very knowledgeable! You have a great employee in him! Oh, also as my oldest Son said, “He looks cool, like he just walked out of the 90’s”. Keep up the great work Micheal and team! It’s our new favorite store!”

“Highly recommend for shipping. I shipped a heavy but delicate item from Goodwill of Racine Wisconsin and they wrapped and bubble wrapped and taped everything so that my item arrived unharmed and in pristine condition. A++++ seller! Goodwill Retail Services, Inc. is a treasure to us.”

“Pretty decent store with an ok selection. The shelves are very messy, with things just thrown everywhere. The clothimg seems well organized. Prices are in line with other thift shops in the area.”
