I had to use this post office location to renew my passport, and they did an excellent job. Shelley, who helped me, knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I have never had an issue with anyone at this post office location on top of the passport!

I’ve had several packages come up missing from this location there is definitely a theft ring going on there my packages are always marked as delivered when I keep track of them they always make it to this facility and somehow disappear but get marked as delivered but trust me they stole from the wrong person they will be caught exposed and prosecuted

Half the time my mail is put in someone else's box and I never get it. Mailboxes are often left open. The process of submitting missing mail is ridiculous and they're continually saying they spoke to the carrier who said they delivered your mail. It's a large complex. My carrier doesn't even remember my name. I'm constantly getting mail for other units and often other buildings.

The package drop off really needs to be reconfigured. Most of the time it's so full you can't get any more packages in it. There is staff in the back but no one helps

It is impossible to speak to a person and the website won't accept my phone number for informed delivery, says my package isn't addressed to my house even though they tried to deliver it here, and won't let me schedule a redelivery. Now I have to make a trip to the post office to get my package. They didn't even make multiple attempts to deliver my package like they're supposed to. They only tried once! Absolutely AWFUL.

Absolutely deplorable service by Tori. How is this person still employed is beyond me. She was nothing but rude and a horrid person to work with. Most locations know about this person, and they all know who she is. You're not doing anyone any favors, Tori. You're in customer service, start acting like it.
