Always a good experience despite the sometimes longish lines. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always doing their best to serve with a smile and offer 24 hour access to a computerized kiosk that you can buy postage from in the entryway of the West Racine Station.

The self-service lobby is open 24 hours! Easy to find. Glad I was able to mail a few cards after work on a Sunday.
