“Took my kids ( 6 and 8) to see Jenny to get their ears pierced a few weeks ago.
They were SLAMMED, so the wait was longer than typical.
That said, the guy at the counter ( idr his name) was so sweet. My girls were excited and very chatty and he was sooo very patient and responded to everything they said to him. Most people would have been irritated, but he made them feel important.
On to the piercing.
Jenny took her time making sure the dots were perfectly lined up for both girls. She did not rush them or seem impatient at all.
She made sure they weren't scared before proceeding and explained things thoroughly to them before she started. She gave them an excellent experience.
My only downside was the stone fell out of one of the kids ear rings already, but they only need these in for a couple more weeks anyway before they get nicer ones so I'm not concerned.”
