Have had their service for about 5 years, customer service has been great. Very rarely have had any issues with bad weather. Great alternative to cable based services.

Highly recommend Bertram Internet! Living in the country finding reliable internet is always an issue. They offer a fair price for service with real unlimited service. We have no problems streaming or game playing on multiple devices at a time.

Bertram Internet has high speed service. I rarely have any issues. If I do, it's because of the weather. I watch stream movies with no issues. Love it!

I have had Frontier and Charter internet with nothing but headaches. Bertram has been very reliable for me over the years. If you call customer service is very kind. I bought a new computer and their techs were helpful in talking me through some things. They are so much different than the other companies I used in the past. They care and listen to any concerns. That's a rare thing now days. I hope they stay in business as long as I am around. Thank you Bertram for the great service you provide!

We don't have a lot of options where we live for internet, so we have been with Bertram for many years. Recently we had issues and contacted them. They determined we needed an update on our paddle, which they provided, installed, and even updated the cabling for the modem at no charge, and most impressively, with NO sales pitch to upgrade our service. Much appreciated, Bertram! Since that upgrade, our service has been very good.

Great company! Always are quick to let us know when they are having problems in our area due to bad weather or if they are doing an update to our service area. When I have had problems with my own service, one call to them and I had immediate results to how to fix my problem. Their rates are reasonable and I like the fact they inform me when it’s time to take out my monthly payment. Thanks Bertram for the great service to the Campbellsport area.

We have excellent internet service with Bertram! We are rarely ever down without internet.The customer service is absolutely immaculate! You actually talk to a local service tech. They patiently talk you through any issues you have and the internet has always been fixed immediately after!I have even been helped with my equipment when needed.I highly recommend Bertram internet!!

Was happy with Bertram for our first 2 year but this past year was nothing but troubles. We contacted them several times due to loss of service in our area. They were slow to respond every time we reported an outage which is extremely frustrating when we rely on there service for work. I finally made the choice to switch providers when it was obvious they were not going to help us in anyway. I cancelled my policy on the 1st of the month only to find out they would not prorate our last bill or refund us for any of the month keeping out last payment along with all the days we had no internet. I asked for options to return the equipment faster with no response but to pay them additional fees to pick it up. I would not recommend them for internet service in the Kewaunee or Door County area's of Wisconsin.

Poor customer service! When you finally get someone on the phone- always a long wait- they can't help you and have to open a service ticket or send the issue to someone else to fix. I needed to reset my PW and the person on the phone has no access to do it. For security they require a 16 digit PW, I had to tell the person on the phone what I chose and he then sent to someone else to reset. Not a secure process IMO. We are limited in rural areas for internet access and Bertram knows it, so they dont have to care about customer service. I have issue's every time I call for assistance. Asked to talk to the manager who was conveniently in a meeting , not holding my breath for a return call

They bought out our previous provider, and since then its been the absolute worst internet we've ever had.

We live in a rural area and have very little options for an internet provider. We recently went with Bertram and wish we would have done it sooner! It really works great with zero issues so far. The technician (I believe his name was Matt) was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process.

10 mbps internet plan. Speed regularly drops to 3-6 mbps for weeks on end, sometimes down to 1 mbps or less for days at a time, with massive ping spikes in the 1000's every few minutes. We've been with this company for nearly a decade and it's been a recurring issue the entire time, but has gotten particularly bad over the last 2 years. We've upgraded our in-home equipment several times and have had zero improvement. We get the run around every single time we try to report the issue. "Fixes" are always temporary. When it does function correctly it lasts for a few days and then reverts back to same problems.

Had a different provider, Bertram bought them out...... having nothing but issue after issue with this company.... if you call your put on hold then some A.I. comes on and say they will call back.... been out over 4days, and they have not yet credited our account that they said they would.?... what the hell is a person to do?? Only a few providers in my area, don't hear anything good about any of them!!! Another bit of how big companies just care about the bottom line... $$$$$$$ and to hell with the people!!!..... stuck between a rock and a hard place!....
